Account Executive

Atlanta, GA

FMB Laundry is seeking a self-starting, dynamic Account Executive who is responsible for prospecting for potential clients using multiple methods (calls, meetings, networking, conventions, emails, etc.) from our Atlanta office. This role will work directly with the sales team and report to the Southeast Regional Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with new clients that achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Complete customer commitments by managing team schedules for on-time service & responding promptly/compassionately to customer complaints.
  • Develop account objectives and apply a sales process to penetrate new accounts.
  • Fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Survey potential new locations.
  • Post sale customer relationship management.
  • Draft proposals that promote FMB's value proposition and meets client needs.


Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Driver's license.
  • Person to be located in the Atlanta area or willing to commute to office frequently.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in multi-family housing and/or the hospitality industry preferred.
